Program Lets Teens Trade Vape Devices for Free Gym Passes

This summer, a group in Broomfield are asking teens to turn in their e-cigarettes — no questions asked — in exchange for a 3-month recreation pass. The program launched in response to the prevalence of vaping in area schools.
