Federal Communications Commission Commissioner Calls for Crack Down on “Wild, Wild West” of Vape Marketing

In an opinion piece published in USA Today, Jessica Rosenworcel of the Federal Communications Commission makes an argument for stricter policies on e-cigarette advertising.

“E-cigarettes are not technically covered by federal rules, even though they contain nicotine and are addictive. When it comes to marketing them, in many ways, it is still the wild, wild West,” she writes.
