Boulder Valley Joins Other Colorado Counties in Lawsuit Against Juul

The Boulder Valley School District has filed a federal lawsuit against Juul and Altria for the companies’ alleged misleading e-cigarette marketing tactics that targeted children. 

With the move, BVSD joins Montrose County School District, which elected in June to join more than 100 other districts around the nation in a shared lawsuit against the e-cigarette maker. The lawsuit alleges that Juul designed vape products and youth-targeted marketing campaigns to create addiction among young people.
