In September 2018, the town of Berthoud became the 25th community in Colorado to prohibit the use of e-cigarettes, or vape devices, indoors. They also elected to prohibit the use of these devices in recreational areas. The ordinance protects community members from involuntary exposure to vapor aerosols in indoor and outdoor settings.
