Following Warnings, Companies Stop Selling E-liquds Resembling Kid-Friendly Food

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration warned 17 manufacturers, distributors and retailers in May to stop selling e-juice containing nicotine with labeling or advertising resembling kid-friendly food products. This week, the FDA reported that all 17 retailers have heeded the warnings and stopped selling these e-juices.

This development from the FDA is part of its ongoing efforts to protect youth from the dangers of tobacco products.
