Fed Up, These Students Filed a Lawsuit Against an E-Cig Company

Two college students have filed a class-action lawsuit against a major e-cigarette producer, saying the products “prey on youth to recruit replacement smokers for financial gain.”

The students, who now attend college at the University of Alabama and Auburn University, said they each became addicted to their vape devices by age 18. They filed suit against Juul Labs Inc., Altria Group and Philip Morris USA on behalf of themselves and countless other teens.
