Boulder’s City Council recently voted to ban the sale of flavored nicotine products and raise the legal age to purchase tobacco to 21 in efforts to reduce the rate of teen vaping. Boulder joins Carbondale, Glenwood Springs and a growing group of Colorado cities that are passing similar restrictions on tobacco.
