The Colorado Clean Indoor Air Act (CCIAA) and Multi-Family Housing complaint guidance have been officially published. Please remember to use this guidance to meet the Local Public Health Agency’s capacity-building activities for responding to secondhand smoke complaints. As a reminder, all Local Public Health Agencies are required to respond to these complaints, and these documents outline expectations for what responses should look like.
If you would like additional assistance or a copy of the STEPP complaint reporting tool, please contact Raija McIntyre at raija.mcintyre@state.co.us.
